- What is the return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All of the personal care items can't be return for sanitary reasons. Also, to be eligible for a refund only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (this includes promo code).
- What are the shipping options? When will I receive my order?
We only provide one option and the delivery time takes from 14 to 20 business days.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
First track you order by using the "track my order" tab and email provided. Then, make sure you allow some times to arrive: 14 to 20 business days.

- What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a remplacement item.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24h (specify your name, email / home address, contact details and order number)

- How is the product made? Where does it come from?
Our undergarments are made in tiers countries specialized in textile fabrication. Our storage is located in Chicago.
